A pintura country tem por característica a imitação de costura, retalhos e tecidos em geral.
Para obter esse efeito você deve utilizar pincéis que possuem cerdas longas, pois resultam em traços maiores e mais longos.
A caneta permanente também pode ser usada para a obtenção deste efeito. Ela proporciona maior firmeza (nos detalhes) para quem não tem prática em pintar.
A tinta indicada nestes trabalhos é a PVA. É de fácil aplicação, solúvel em água e possui secagem rápida. A tinta acrílica também pode ser usada, maso trabalho fica mais bonito com a tinta PVA.

 

Para o acabamento é recomendável o verniz acrílico (a base de água).
Outra opção é fazer, depois da tinta bem seca, um polimento com cera incolor para madeira (as de encerar chão).
