Na pintura abstrata não há tantas regras como na figurativa. Em nossos dias com a liberdade que há na Arte, podemos fazer o que desejarmos da forma que quisermos, portanto não tenham medo de começar.

Desenhe sem se preocupar com o modelo, com a mão bem leve só fazendo linhas circulares, paralelas.....Repita esse exercício algumas vezes.
Um exercício para a mão ficar leve é pegar um pincel com cerdas bem macias (tem que ser redondo, tipo cerdas de marta) e ir pincelando um papel. Não precisa nem utilizar tinta. Com água mesmo dá para fazer. Se utilizar tinta tem que ser bem aguada.
